Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to balance clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will mentor therapists and supervise a team of clinicians in a demanding inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes leading evaluations, coordinating treatments, and driving quality improvements, with a focus on development of staff and delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.

Competenze

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
