Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on clinical care with team leadership. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians to achieve meaningful outcomes.

In this role you will coordinate team tasks, training, and schedules, drive quality improvement, and mentor staff while ensuring high standards of care across the therapy services.

Qualifikationen

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
