Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, continuing to provide hands-on patient care while mentoring others. You will supervise therapists and technicians, develop treatment plans, and drive quality improvement across the therapy team.

The role requires a current state PT/OT/SLP license and CPR/BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days, plus at least three years in the discipline and leadership

Competenze

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
