Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital in Rock Island, IL seeks a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership, guiding therapists, assistants, and technicians to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation.

Licensure as PT, OT, or SLP is required with BLS; minimum three years of discipline-specific experience; leadership experience preferred. The role emphasizes mentoring, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.

• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
