Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, provide patient evaluations, and develop therapy treatments while guiding clinical practice.

The role emphasizes mentorship, staff development, and aligning care with organizational goals. A current PT/OT/SLP license and leadership experience are preferred as part of joining our integrated

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline‑specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
