Job summary

Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians while guiding clinical decisions and therapy plans.

Licensed PT, OT, or SLP credentials are required with CPR/BLS within 30 days. The role emphasizes staff development, quality improvement, and delivering meaningful patient outcomes in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
