Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to lead and mentor a clinical team while continuing hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists, identify treatment plans, and drive quality outcomes in an inpatient setting.

Qualified candidates hold a state PT/OT/SLP license, CPR/BLS, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience. Leadership experience is preferred.

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
