Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to lead a clinical team while continuing hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with leadership, mentoring therapists, and guiding treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervising therapists and staff, coordinating schedules, and driving quality improvement within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline‑specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
