H2 Health in Richmond, KY is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team. You will assist with front-office tasks, patient check-in, scheduling, and preparing for therapy under the guidance of licensed therapists.

You will help with EMR, referrals, and patient records; support exercises and activities, keep spaces clean, and work closely with physical and occupational therapists to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

H2 Health is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Richmond, KY.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role.

Your Role
