A non-skilled role focused on enabling clinicians to deliver care. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and comfort with computers; healthcare office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
• Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
• Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist.
• Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready.
• Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members.
• Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care.
