H2 Health is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Beckley, WV. You will help keep the clinic running smoothly by supporting patients from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities under a licensed therapist.

Responsibilities include EMR tasks, referrals, patient records, and preparing treatment areas. This non-skilled role emphasizes teamwork with therapists and clinic staff to ensure a positive patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Beckley, WV.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role.

Your Role

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
• Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
