Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to manage Rehab services across various branches. The supervisor will work closely with branch management, participate in hiring and onboarding processes, and conduct training for staff in Vestibular competencies.

Ideal candidates will have a doctorate in physical therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. The role offers opportunities to influence patient care and educational initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in the management of Rehab services for each branch.
• Train PTA or COTA to perform basic in-services for the Business Development team.
• Assist Branch Director with staffing and schedules.
