Job summary

HonorHealth's Sonoran Crossing Therapy Services team is seeking a Therapy Services Aide I to prepare patients and treatment areas, assist therapists, and support routine care during day shifts at the Sonoran Medical Office Building in Phoenix, AZ.

The role involves helping physical, occupational, speech therapy and audiology services while maintaining a clean, organized environment and accurate documentation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; PT tech cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment area, equipment and patient for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with patient care and selected routine procedures under supervision.
• Monitor patient performance and assist with ROM, stretching, strengthening and ADLs.
• Maintain neat department and clean equipment; manage supplies and linen inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and data entry for therapy orders as needed.
