Job summary

MedCadre seeks an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for day shifts in Florida. You will assess cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions, administer medications, and implement home exercise programs with thorough patient and family education.

Expect 6–8 home visits daily, with every 3rd weekend required. A valid driver’s license and car are needed. Vaccinations (COVID and flu) are required or exempt on file.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of home health experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a car.
• COVID vaccination or approved exemption on file.
• Flu vaccination or declination with mandatory mask wearing.

Responsibilities

• Perform 6–8 home visits per day, depending on manager discretion.
• Document care using BayCare scheduling and Timesheet系统.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and safety.

Other Requirements

• 2 years experience required
• Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
• Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.
• Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.

Based on the needs of the HomeCare office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
