Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a Therapy Regional Manager for Gainesville/Ocala to lead therapy services across a regional footprint. You will guide a team of Managers, Supervisors and Therapists, ensuring high-quality patient care while achieving business objectives and coordinating with management, therapists and healthcare partners.

The role requires strong leadership, travel within the region, and a focus on quality improvement, patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Master's degree or above preferred.
• 3+ years of therapy management experience, regional/multi-site preferred.
• Knowledge of therapy services, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to drive performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with therapy-related software.
