Job summary

UF Health in Florida seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care to referrals across Leesburg Regional Medical Center, TVRH Rehabilitation Hospital and The Villages Regional Hospital. You will work under the direction of Therapy Services leadership and collaborate with the Therapy Team.

The role requires English proficiency, a Florida license, and BLS certification; a Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Must hold current Florida license to practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to all patients referred for OT as defined by the Florida Department of Health.
• Participate in team conferences, staff meetings and other appropriate meetings.
• Interact professionally with Therapy Team members and adapt to patient needs across age groups.
• Maintain compliance with ethical conduct and standards of UF Health OT practice.
