Ventura MedStaff in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Therapy Recruiter/Client Manager to oversee recruitment for our Therapy team and manage client relationships. You will source qualified healthcare professionals for client facilities and act as lead point of contact for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires strong administrative background and ability to coordinate recruitment processes.
• Must be self-motivated with good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or travel nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and client accounts.
• Lead recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Coordinate housing and travel for travelers.
• Negotiate bill rates and present fee schedules.
• Gatekeeper for traveler submissions to meet client expectations.
• Onboard new clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
