LRS Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter to develop, negotiate, and implement partnerships with traveling long-term care, allied and nursing healthcare professionals nationwide from our Omaha base. The role emphasizes sourcing new caregivers and driving placements through phone outreach and relationship management.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, with opportunities to advance to Account Manager roles while supporting healthcare facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally over phone, email, text, and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement.
• Follow up by phone on qualified leads and seek out potential candidates in healthcare.
• Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates for open positions, then coordinate with Account Managers.
• Meet division metrics via dials, placements, profiles, etc.
• Seek out new recruiting tools to gain new business.
• Promote a team-oriented culture.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
