Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• 1 year of Sales or Service industry experience; preferred but not required.
• Ventura MedStaff does not provide employment sponsorship for work visas or other immigration-related support; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, references, housing, assignments and travel.
• Solve problems as issues arise.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Attend meetings and events.
• Be the ambassador of the company, by providing a positive and professional manner to travelers and clients.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
