Job summary

Ventura MedStaff in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Therapy Recruiter/Client Manager to recruit therapy professionals and manage a portfolio of client facilities nationwide.

You will lead the recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to housing and travel logistics, negotiate bill rates, onboard new clients, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining excellent traveler and client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year travel nursing or recruitment experience preferred.
• Ventura MedStaff does not sponsor work visas; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement (housing and travel).
• Oversee client accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate bill rates and present fee schedules to clients.
• Gate keeper of all travelers’ submissions to ensure client expectations are met.
• Meet personal and team sales targets and represent the company professionally.
