Ventura MedStaff is seeking a Nurse Recruiter in Omaha, Nebraska. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, references, housing, assignments, and travel.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet targets and positively represent the company to travelers and clients. The role emphasizes sourcing, communication, organization, and problem solving, with on-site duties at client facilities

Qualifikationen

Job Summary

As a Nurse Recruiter with Ventura MedStaff, you will be building and maintaining relationships with quality healthcare professionals for our clients’ facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for the recruitment cycle and management of healthcare professional; sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, housing, assignment and travel.
• Ability to solve problems when issues arise.
• Have effective communication with internal and external teams.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Attend and participate in meetings and events that occur.
• Be the ambassador of the company, by providing a positive and professional manner to our travelers and clients.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Supervisory Duties

• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of their traveling employees.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Manage traveling employees time and attendance.
• Handles discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; required
• 1 year of Sales or Service industry experience ; preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary Range

$42,000.00 + commission
