MGA Homecare in Austin, TX is seeking a Therapy Recruiter to source, recruit, and onboard therapy professionals including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, collaborate with Therapy Leadership, and leverage ATS data analytics to meet staffing goals while ensuring compliant hiring practices.

• Previous Therapy Recruitment Experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, especially therapy professions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Overview

MGA Homecare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Therapy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional therapy professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants, to deliver top-notch care to our patients.

You will play a critical role in expanding our therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals who align with MGA Homecare’s mission and values.

Recruitment and Candidate Engagement

• Develop and implement creative strategies to source, attract, and engage high-quality therapy professionals through various channels.

Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:

• Base salary $55,000 - $60,000 annually and paid weekly
