Job summary

MGA Homecare in Austin, TX is seeking a Therapy Recruiter to source, recruit, and onboard therapy professionals including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, collaborate with Therapy Leadership, and leverage ATS data analytics to meet staffing goals while ensuring compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Previous Therapy Recruitment Experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, especially therapy professions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies to source, attract, and engage therapy professionals through various channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and communicate MGA Homecare's benefits and culture.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
• Partner with Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
