Description:This position involves providing therapy services in a home health setting.The contractor will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes and in care facilities.Candidates must have the ability to drive to various patient locations daily.The average number of patients per day is 5 to 6.Consultants will be assigned 5 to 10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6 to 8 points.All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment.Candidates must be able to accept all patients scheduled, without declining based on distance.Candidates should be comfortable with potential drives that may exceed 20 minutes between patients.Weekly productivity points expectation is 30, which equates to approximately 40 hours of work.Travel may be required to cover a mileage radius of up to 75 miles from the assigned home base.Candidates must ensure timely documentation to avoid impact on billing and patient care.This position does not guarantee a specific number of hours; flexibility is encouraged.Candidates will collaborate in periodic office meetings.
