Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health PTA with 1+ years of recent experience to provide geriatric rehabilitation within a 60-mile radius of our hub office. A current BLS certification and PTA license are required where applicable.

The role features a day shift schedule (5x8 hours) with a typical caseload of 5–7 patients daily, documentation in HCHB EMR, and mileage reimbursement. Local candidates are welcomed at travel rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent PTA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home geriatric rehabilitation therapy.
• Day shift 5x8 hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Caseload of 5–7 patients per day with 6 visits daily or ≥30 points weekly.
• Use HCHB for documentation and charting; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
• Territory within 60 miles of hub office; no on-call required.

• Home Health setting providing in-home therapy services
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient population consists of geriatric cases
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day with 6 visits daily or a minimum of 30 points weekly
• Uses HCHB for documentation and charting, experience required
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• No on-call requirements
• Provide in-home rehabilitation therapy to geriatric patients
• Timely communication and documentation required
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans allowed
• iPad provided for use during assignment
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
