Description:The position requires a physical therapist to provide rehabilitation therapy services.Candidates must have an active license.Documentation will be required to be completed before starting the assignment.Candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.Candidates must have a permanent license if required for the position.If candidates have worked recently in a permanent or per diem capacity, they will not be eligible to return until they have separated for one year.Candidates with previous travel experience or employment more than a year prior may need to verify their eligibility for rehire.Completion bonuses are available based on the duration of the contract.Equipment will be provided during the interview.The position operates on a normal urgency basis.Dress code information will be provided on the first day.
