Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services in California. The role encompasses evaluating and treating patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and other community settings, with a focus on orthopedic, cardiovascular, pulmonary, oncology, neurological, and geriatric conditions.

The therapist will manage 3–5 patients per day, perform Start of Care visits, and utilize electronic charting for documentation.
