Cynet Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Therapy assignment (PT). The role involves evaluating patients, creating and adjusting care plans, and delivering established PT treatments in a fast-paced rehabilitation department.

You will supervise PT assistants and students, document in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and oncological conditions. A current Oklahoma PT license and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Must have critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, and comfort in a stressful environment.

Description:Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involves the patient/family.Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the patients' conditions.Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.Works in a fast-paced environment dealing with neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and oncological conditions as well as general medical issues.Engages regularly with the interdisciplinary team.Is part of a large rehabilitation department team consisting of various therapy professionals.Provides real-time documentation and point of service care.Utilizes electronic medical record systems for patient documentation.Training will be provided to prepare for clinical responsibilities.
