Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a Program Director for Celebration Villa of Hearthstone in Topeka, KS. This full-time leadership role oversees the therapy team, department operations, supervision of staff, and coordination of RUG management.

You will work with the Regional Manager to ensure standards, resources are well utilized, and provide excellent patient care while promoting a positive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading therapy teams in skilled nursing or assisted living.
• Knowledge of rehab regulatory standards.
• Ability to coordinate care plans and billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the therapy team and manage day-to-day therapy department operations.
• Supervise therapy staff and coordinate RUG management.
• Coordinate resident screening programs (PT/OT/SLP) and care plan meetings.
• Serve as liaison between therapy, administration, and nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end billing and staffing coverage.
• Prepare the Rehab Department for surveys and train staff on policies.
