Job summary

Vertis Therapy seeks a Program Director for a full-time position at Celebration Villa of Hearthstone, a beautiful assisted living facility in Topeka, KS. The role leads the therapy team, oversees day-to-day operations, and coordinates RUG management to ensure high-quality resident care.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will supervise therapy staff, drive program development, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards while collaborating with nursing and administrative teams for

Qualifications

• Leads the therapy team and directs day-to-day therapy department operations.
• Ensures compliance with State, Federal and facility standards and guidelines.
• Coordinates rehabilitation services and scheduling with nursing and administration.
• Sets a positive work environment and drives team development and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rehab services meet company and facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate resident screening programs (PT/OT/SLP).
• Act as liaison between therapy, administration, and nursing staff.
• Ensure timely month-end billing and schedule management.
• Prepare the Rehab Department for state surveys and participate in survey processes.
• Train staff on policies and procedures and identify residents' therapy needs.
