Job summary

Coordinated Therapy Solutions in Topeka, KS seeks a Director of Rehab to plan, administer, and direct rehabilitation programs (physical, occupational, and speech) and ensure their success. This role reports to the Regional Director of Therapy and leads the rehab department.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, directing therapy staff, ensuring accurate billing and documentation, recruiting and developing staff, and collaborating with facility leadership to uphold quality

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PT/PTA, OT/COTA, or SLP.
• Allied health degree or higher preferred.
• Experience managing a therapy department in SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily workflow of the Rehab Department.
• Lead interdisciplinary team participation.
• Conduct performance evaluations timely and constructive.
• Recruit, orient, develop, and engage therapy staff.
• Clinical management: care planning and utilization.
• Ensure billing and documentation accuracy across therapy.
• Schedule residents for therapy services considering resources.
