New Vista KY is seeking a compassionate Therapy Program Assistant to support the Therapy Services Department in Somerset, KY. You will help prepare therapy support plans, assist therapists with direct treatment, and handle therapy equipment inventory and databases.

The role also covers staff training on plans, and light clerical duties such as copying, filing, and laminating. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, along with background and drug screening clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer skills including iPad and communication programs.
• Must pass criminal background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy support plans and related documentation.
• Provide staff training on therapy plans and programs.
• Assist therapists with direct treatment.
• Manage inventory and order therapy equipment.
• Maintain therapy databases.
• Perform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and laminating.
