Qualifications

• Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years rehab experience, including 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies and procedures; hold staff accountable.
• Collaborate with marketing to educate staff and the community on awareness and treatment options; develop clinical affiliations.
• Forecast operational revenues and expenses; recommend salary adjustments based on market conditions.
