Encompass Health is seeking a Director of Therapy Operations in the United States. You will lead statewide therapy operations, oversee policy development, staff supervision, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding clinical affiliations and community education.

Qualifications

• Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum five years rehab experience, including two in management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a therapy program; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies and procedures; hold staff accountable.
• Collaborate with marketing to educate staff and the community; support clinical affiliations.
• Forecast revenues/expenses and advise on salary adjustments based on market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements; update staff and CEO as needed.
• Provide patient care and celebrate staff and patient successes.
