The ideal candidate holds a Master’s (or PhD) in Medical Physics, ABR in Therapeutic Medical Physics or CAMPEP residency, and 2+ years of clinical experience, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Medical Physics.
• ABR Therapeutic Medical Physics board certification or CAMPEP residency demonstrated by graduation.
• 2+ years of clinical Therapy Medical Physics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly radiation measurements and yearly calibrations on treatment units.
• Monitor equipment in Radiation Oncology to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain regulatory records and reports.
• Analyze treatment plans and supervise dosimetry planning.
