Job summary

One Physics LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a highly skilled Chief Therapy Medical Physicist to lead our clinical physics program. You will supervise the medical physics team, dosimetrists, and physics assistants, and partner with Radiation Oncology leadership to advance patient care.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Medical Physics, ABR board certification (or CAMPEP residency eligibility), and 5+ years of clinical therapy physics with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and/or PhD in Medical Physics.
• ABR board certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics or CAMPEP- accredited residency eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the medical physics team, dosimetrists, and physics assistants.
• Oversee QA programs for treatment technology and daily operations.
• Partner with Radiation Oncologists and leadership to optimize clinical efficiency and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance and regulatory compliance across care sites.
• Maintain regulatory agency records and reports.
• Analyze treatment plans and supervise dosimetry planning.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
