Job summary

One Physics seeks a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team and perform on-site clinical services at client facilities. You will deliver high-quality physics support, calibration, and dosimetry oversight, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s or PhD in Medical Physics, ABR certification or CAMPEP residency, and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in Medical Physics is required.
ABR Certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics or CAMPEP residency eligibility is required.
2+ years of clinical Therapy Medical Physics experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to interpret regulations.
Demonstrate initiative, organization, and ownership of daily tasks and projects.
Ability to problem solve by seeking, developing, and implementing viable solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform weekly and monthly radiation measurements, as well as yearly calibration on all treatment units.
Monitor equipment in the Radiation Oncology Department to ensure proper and safe operation.
Maintain regulatory agency records and reports.
Analyze alternative treatment plans and supervise dosimetry planning functions.
Implement assessment/treatment and care based on patient developmental stages.
Perform additional duties, as needed.
