Job summary

One Physics LLC in Indiana is seeking a Chief Therapy Medical Physicist to lead the clinical and operations team for our Indianapolis program. You will supervise medical physics staff, ensure QA, and partner with Radiation Oncology leadership to optimize patient care.

The role requires a Master's or PhD in Medical Physics, ABR board certification (or CAMPEP residency), and 5+ years in therapy physics with strong leadership and regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Medical Physics.
• ABR Therapeutic Medical Physics board certification or CAMPEP residency.
• 5+ years clinical Therapy Medical Physics experience with leadership preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the medical physics team, dosimetrists, and physics assistants.
• Manage clinical workflows and coverage across treatment facilities.
• Oversee complex treatment technology and establish QA programs per TG guidelines.
• Partner with radiation oncologists and executives to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Monitor equipment and maintain regulatory records.
• Analyze treatment plans and supervise dosimetry planning.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
