Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to oversee the rehabilitation department across Portland and Scappoose, OR, ensuring patient care aligns with clinical and financial goals while complying with regulations.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, manage scheduling, documentation, and billing, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support quality care across the organization’s 44 states and 900 communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification/licensure as applicable in the state(s) where licensed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs while aligning with financial goals and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule staff based on patient needs to ensure care quality and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with facility administration regarding goals, programs, risks, and achievements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ensure accurate MDS reporting and billing documentation.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on changes in healthcare regulations and guidelines.
