Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare in Houston is seeking a detail‑oriented Therapy Coordinator to organize therapy services, schedule patient visits, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and high‑quality patient care. You will coordinate daily schedules for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, communicate with clinicians and patients, and maintain EMR records.

This full‑time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous healthcare scheduling or coordination experience preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists.

• Assist with patient admissions and scheduling.

Position Summary

The Therapy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating therapy services, scheduling patient visits, maintaining communication with therapists and physicians, and ensuring timely documentation and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
