Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide ASD-focused therapy to children. This role involves evaluating, planning, and documenting progress while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, guide caregivers in home programs, and ensure proper use of assistive technologies. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in this on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• California SLP license required (or eligible).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children referred for speech-language therapy using standard procedures.
• Develop individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans and goals.
• Coach families to implement skills at home and in daily routines.
• Coordinate services and refer as needed with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports and exit summaries.
