Soleo Health in Hoover, AL seeks a Therapy Care Specialist - Acute Infusion Pharmacy Technician to support specialty infusion patients under the supervision of a Pharmacist. This in-office role coordinates dispense, maintenance, and care coordination, acting as the single point of contact for patients and branch staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, obtaining authorizations, documenting interactions, and maintaining active insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed Alabama Pharmacy Technician in good standing.
• Experience in home infusion, compounding, or specialty pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling patient refill deliveries.
• Experience IV compounding in hospital or specialty infusion setting.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate medication dispense and delivery.
• Capture assessment data, identify supply needs, and schedule new/refill deliveries.
• Run pharmacy reports and monitor refill queues.
• Coordinate with intake/reimbursement to maintain insurance coverage and authorizations.
• Document patient interactions in the system for clear communication.
• Serve as back-up IV compounder as needed.
