The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated Therapy Call Center Team Lead in Huntsville, Alabama. This full-time role (approx.

40 hours/week) leads training for new staff and ensures smooth daily operations at TOC Therapy across locations. You will train on patient scheduling, calls, referrals, and coordination of therapy services, while also handling daily call-center duties, supervision tasks, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Multi-line phone experience preferred.
• Leadership and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and support new Therapy Call Center employees and ensure efficient daily operations at TOC Therapy in Huntsville, AL.
• Provide hands-on training in patient scheduling, calls, referral management, and coordination of therapy services across all TOC locations.
• Assist with daily call center responsibilities, monitor referral workflows, and provide ongoing team support.
• Assist with staff supervision, timecard management and employee evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Overview

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Call Center Team Lead. This opening is a full‑time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Call Center Team Lead is responsible for training and supporting new Therapy Call Center employees while ensuring efficient daily operations at TOC Therapy in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides hands‑on training in patient scheduling, incoming and outgoing calls, referral management, and coordination of therapy services across all TOC locations. When not conducting training, the individual will assist with daily call center responsibilities, monitor referral workflows, and provide ongoing support to team members. Additional responsibilities include assisting with staff supervision, timecard management, and employee evaluations. The Therapy Call Center Team Lead must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Multi-lined phone experience preferred. Leadership & Customer Service Representative experience preferred.
