Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are seeking a PT Technician to greet patients, assist therapists, and keep the clinic running smoothly in Hauppauge, NY. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers training on clinic workflows, modalities, and patient care support.

The position emphasizes patient privacy and teamwork within a busy clinic environment, with daytime availability and a part-time schedule.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow direction from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and guide them to treatment areas.
• Assist therapists by guiding patients through exercise programs.
• Set up and remove modalities as directed by the therapist.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized (laundry and supplies).
• Anticipate therapists' and patients' needs and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards in every interaction.
