Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are seeking a PT Technician to support licensed therapists, greet patients, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly. This hands-on role offers direct patient interaction and on-the-job learning in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist with exercise programs, set up modalities, maintain cleanliness, protect patient privacy, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic atmosphere. Training is provided to help you grow alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and front desk staff.
• Ability to take initiative and identify clinic, patient, and team needs.
• Ability to stay standing and perform routine clinic activities.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and bring them to treatment areas with staff member.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by therapists.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
