Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and carry out patient support activities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with therapists, front desk staff, and other team members.
• Ability to take initiative and identify clinic, patient, and team needs.
• Ability to stay on feet and perform routine clinic tasks (cleaning, laundry, restocking).
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and accompany them to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercise programs.
• Set up and remove modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and supplies.
• Anticipate therapists' and patients' needs and assist as needed.
• Support the front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
