Job summary

Motion PT Group in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Therapy Aide for a part-time role (Mon - Fri; 15 hours per week). The position offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within the Confluent Health family.

You'll prepare patients for treatment, assist with transfers, maintain treatment areas and equipment, and help keep the gym clean and well stocked. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
