Confluent Health is seeking a PT Technician to greet patients, assist therapists, and support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help with modalities, setup, and sanitation while prioritizing patient privacy and quality care.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth within our family of brands, and a schedule that can accommodate students or other commitments. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and support staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Collaborative work style with therapists and front desk staff.
• Take initiative and identify clinic, patient, and team needs.
• Remain on your feet and perform routine duties (cleaning, laundry, restocking).
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas.
• Assist with exercise programs as directed by therapists.
• Set up and break down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized (laundry, supplies).
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
