Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed clinician to assess and coordinate care for assigned patients, participate in treatment and continuing care planning, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.

You will document therapy sessions, manage discharge planning, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and offer on-call coverage as required. Meadows is a Drug Free Company and an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field is required.
• State licensed; if a doctorate in Psychology they may function as a Therapist but must apply for a license as a Psychologist upon hire.
• CPR & First Aid certification required; CPI certification required.
• Valid Driver's License and Driver Safety Training are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as scheduled.
• Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements.
• Seek clinical supervision and support when complications arise in therapeutic setting.
• Promote implementation of therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule.
• Provide on-call coverage as requested.
