Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified Therapist to assess and facilitate care for assigned patients, coordinate discharge planning, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. The role supports therapeutic milieu and daily program scheduling within a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate will participate in specialized therapies (EMDR, SE, Art, Equine) as assigned, with on-call coverage as requested.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
State licensure is required (Psychologist if Doctorate).
CPR & First Aid certification.
CPI certification is preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients; participate in treatment and discharge planning.
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as scheduled.
Deliver specialized therapies (e.g., EMDR, SE, Art, Equine) when assigned.
Participate in group therapy/education sessions and maintain documentation.
Be an active member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and communicate with the team.
Engage in performance improvement activities per licensure requirements.
Provide on-call coverage as required.
